    1.   Install the app Download and Install IP Webcam  or India Download Cick Here on your Android phone the app setting page and   

          configure the setting according to your desire.

 

   

     2.   After the completion of the configuration click"Start Server".

     3.   Now turn the phone camera on and you can find an option "How Do I Connect?" at top left corner .

           Click on that button and the app provides an unique URL.

 

      4.   After Successful connection, open the IP webcam Adapter you installed on your computer and  

            type  in http://<ip address>:<port number>/videofeed and click on the Autodetect button. if  you  

            applied a  username and password, provide them as well.The tool will communicate with the

            Android app and  set the rest of the parameters automatically    

         

          That all, you can now use the webcam on any online and desktop application.Just select MJPEG    

          Camera as input source.

       

          Using USB connection:

          

          In the above method the devices are paired without any wires. But,in this method the devices are   

          connected via USB cable to use the phone's cam as webcam. Here's the process to go with:

       

     1.   Firstly, install Samsung kies on the PC CLICK HERE or India Download Cick Here to make sure that all the drivers are installed

           on the PC.without  these drivers the PC may not detect the phone when connected.
     2.   Now go to Google play store and install  USB Webcam  or India Download Cick Here app to use Android phone as webcam for   

           PC.
     3.   To enable paring the device via USB turn on the USB  debugging on mobile go to        

           Setting>>Application>>development>>USB Debugging
     4.   Download USB web cam client  for windows

      6.   install the server setup on the PC and connect your phone via USB.
